Rider (and passenger, if applicable) agree to comply with rules and regulations specified for participants in the Tougher Than Hell event, as well as agreeing to observe all state and local traffic laws during participation in the event.

As a Rider, I understand that my participation in the event is contingent upon having a state issued driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement, which is current and valid as of the date of the event.

As a condition of participation in this event, all Riders and Passengers agree to refrain from consuming alcohol or using illegal drugs for the duration of the event. I understand that if I do not comply with this condition, I will be asked to drop out of the event, with no refund offered.
